We recently got back from a trip to Phoenix, and before I sort through all my pictures, I had to post a picture from the drive home. It was one of the most beautiful scenes I have ever seen. As we were coming around the bend to a scenic lookout spot, we saw a completely full rainbow, so big it wouldn't all fit in the camera. It was bright, but faded just a few minutes after we rounded the bend. This lookout spot is already a favorite on our drive, but this made it about one billion times more miraculous.

Beautiful picture. You guys are brave to go to Phoenix in the middle of July! We go there in the winter and make them come to us in the summer! I would love to get Don and Carole's blog address....
