Adelyn lost her loose tooth!

I guess I wasn't thinking when I fed her corn on the cob for lunch... but it's been loose for a long time, and she had stopped wiggling it because she decided to let it fall out on its own, so maybe it was best that something else forced it out.

A little tree farm here at home

I don't know why this is so bizarre to me, but our Christmas tree is growing little buds, like if we let it stay here for much longer it could grow a foot or two and have little pine cone babies or something.

When we were picking a new e-mail address in our young married life, I talked Mike into this one because I love what Dwayne had to say. Ahhh! I still love that movie. I hope I get it for Christmas, just like Adelyn can hope for a My Twinn doll and Michael can hope for a Lego Man.

Hike

One day we wanted a better view of town, and a little fresh air so we went for a hike. It was fun to see so many deer tracks all the way down, and then... the deer. We decided everyone had to pick their favorite Christmas tree on the way down the hill. We all came home with plenty of pine sap!

Pilgrims and Indians

We enjoyed a fun Thanksgiving day close to home this year. Mike and the kids have been planning their costumes for weeks, as it makes Thanksgiving feel more authentic when you dress up. I just dressed up a picture of me, which was cheating, and I believe Mike was very disappointed in me.Maybe the "tryptophan" myth, isn't even a myth. It worked for Joey in less that five minutes.
