Both Mike and I have had lots to do, so we were pretty glad to have a trip planned (with money on the line so we HAD to go) to the mountains this weekend. Mike took his relaxation serious and really dressed down for the occasion. It was beautiful to be in the mountains though. It was big for Alissa to catch lots of little fish, even though they were pretty small. Adelyn is a neat girl, and so good to let us spend some time fishing while she dug around in the dirt a little.
We may have written about our long-lasting fish a while back. He's still alive and well to this day, and celebrated 5 months of life this past week. He's gotten bigger and lost some coloring, so his name has been swapped from Mohawk to Blacktip, but he's still the same fish, and we'd like to dedicate this post to him.
We're still trying to figure out these posts, and had this picture up earlier (since it's from June or something) but must have somehow deleted it. It's our little boy at 20 weeks. Hopefully he's lots bigger since then... the mom sure is.
Here's a picture of Mike and Adelyn at Leslie's wedding in August. Adelyn is 19 months here. We were happy to see so much family this trip with Savannah's baby blessing, and Rachel and Leslie's trips to the temple. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can see lots of family lots more often!
This was also the trip where Mike had to go back to Colorado for 10 days, leaving the girls behind. We're happy to be together again, but enjoyed our time in Utah very much!
We're on the final countdown now. The doctor said the baby's in no hurry to come, so I guess we're planning on Halloween again instead of a couple weeks before. Maternity clothes are hardly fitting anymore, but we still manage to get to the park, grocery shopping, and working on primary. Here's the latest pregnancy picture.
