Today I grabbed a picture of Joey because of the way he was sitting. He was waiting for the cookies to come out of the oven, even though he already had one in his hand. He kept going from here, to a stand, and back again. He's so strong, I'm surprised he doesn't feel inclined to walk yet.

Easter loot (Adelyn and Michael both ran for the pop first... they are so pop deprived)

Joey shared this lawn with one other boy for the first 30 minutes of the hunt. It was so nice to just let him find an egg, open it, devour the candy, and then go find one other egg. It was so chill.

Now... a whole summer of waiting
Kindergarten registration sure comes early. It was snowing quite a bit the day Adelyn walked into her elementary school for the first time. And to think, she's got to wait until SUMMER is over before she can go back.
Mike ditched work to go to school.
Adelyn passed all her tests!
Good news! She needs more shots this month AND again in September. (of course, this is actually bad news. We're hoping we don't have any repeat episode's as described in the previous post). There will be plenty more ice cream where this came from...
