Our poor puppy is home from surgery and feeling pretty miserable. He has not eaten or drunken much since Tuesday and cries and cries. We've tried to be extra nice to perk him up, even the kids will sit by him and rub his back. Michael went as far as offering his favorite cereal- Honey Bunches of Oats. We are hoping he heals soon so he can play again.

Bringing Him Home from the Hospital
Our poor puppy is home from surgery and feeling pretty miserable. He has not eaten or drunken much since Tuesday and cries and cries. We've tried to be extra nice to perk him up, even the kids will sit by him and rub his back. Michael went as far as offering his favorite cereal- Honey Bunches of Oats. We are hoping he heals soon so he can play again.

Your puppy does look a little sad. I hope he gets to feeling better. The kids look like they're taking great care of him though! (My girls favorite cereal is Honey Bunches of Oats too--how cute!) What did Skippy have to go in for?

I hope the puppy gets feeling better... you know it's bad when the vet sends you home with a lampshade :( but some honey bunches of oats should help perk him up. It sounds like you had quite the road trip a couple of weeks ago--luckily you had plenty of places available to stop and clean up the kids :) --Steve
