Her New Look

Adelyn (and Mike) have been wanting to get Adelyn's hair cut for a long time.  I have been hesitant because short hair would be so hard to do for all the dance stuff she had going on.  But now that dance is over, short hair!  Especially in the back.

I really love how her hair style fits her.  It is simple, and doesn't beg for ribbons, clips, or headbands.  It is a little bit more mature of a hairstyle too.  And Adelyn is growing up!  I loved hearing her talk to the stylist, giving her much detail about how she wanted it cut.  She really has lots to share with anyone.  The lady at the dentist said, "She's sure not shy!"  and I had to think about it... yes, I guess she's not the shy little girl she used to be.  She is Adelyn, she is seven, and she is beautiful.
