Michael had a wonderful birthday. He was very happy, which was a pleasant surprise, since he's been feeling a little sick/or teething (pretty much our excuse for all grumpiness).Both Adelyn and Michael enjoyed helping with the cake, oh, I mean, both cakes (added baking soda instead of baking powder on attempt #1).
Michael took a few dips into the frosting and made a mess as he enjoyed our traditional "dig in!" cake ceremony, but enjoyed the spaghetti meal just as much. He may not have inherited the sweet tooth, or maybe those ones just haven't grown in yet...
